Q: How long will this system last?
A: This system will last for a very long time. Your printer may print as much as 2000 pages or so before one of the parts of the system may need replacing but of course that depends on how the user handles the system.
Q: Do you have a support?
A: Yes, we do. We offer phone in support or home service technical assistance.
Q: Won’t it damage the printer?
A: No, it won’t. Your printer would recognize CIS as a regular ink cartridge.
Q: Won’t the ink dry out?
A: With proper caring no, the ink won’t dry out. User simply needs to turn on the printer at least once every 3 days or so to prevent ink from drying out.
Q: What are the system requirements?
A: Just like your ordinary printer it requires a desktop or a laptop where you can connect the printer and since this system runs ink we need to have an inkjet printer.

A: This system works best with Epson printers but we also connect CIS on Brother and Canon printers.

A: CIS would always give you high quality print outs in a fraction of a cost.
Q: Why does my print out looks different from my screen?
A: Our screen is composed of RGB color which are generated by the light while your printers print out is from CMYK that’s why the print out would really look different.
Q: How much will my ink cost?
A. Each print would only cost 10 cents or less.
Q: Why are my ink levels very low?
A: For Epson printers – You don’t need to worry the printer is reading the chips ink level and not the ink tanks ink level so all you need to do if the printer says empty cartridge is to reset the ink cartridges.

I saw your ad on sulit.com.ph (CISS for Epson T10 T13 TX121 TX100 w/ ink for P800). i am interested.
pls confirm that
1) the warranty is only for the ciss and only for 1 month,
2) the printer has to be used every other day to avoid drying of printer head,
3) the chips will need to be reset/replaced for P500 once they expire and
4) the chips can expire anytime even after only 1 month of usage.
i am concerned with the chips being reset every few months which might end up becoming more costly than sticking to non-ciss. dont your chips have a warranty or expiry date so we can compute if converting to ciss is less costly? thanks so much for your time.
